The gentle formula can be used with 3%(10vol), 6%(20vol), 9%(30vol) and 12%(40vol) developers to achieve high lifting power with optimum hair condition. System Blonde Powder Lightener contains guar gum to help protect the scalp, and hydrolysed silk to protect the cuticle, preventing damage. System Blonde Powder Lightener is available in both BLUE and WHITE powder. For best results use ASP Cr?me Developer. For on scalp use, we recommend that only 3%(10vol) or 6%(20vol) is used.
